Additional Fees, Discounts and Session Information
K’tanim Sessions: We know that the best practices surrounding COVID-19 are continually changing. One thing that was consistent with camps who ran successfully this past summer was that everyone arrived on the same day– there were not any embedded sessions where campers arrived in the middle, like our K’tanim 2. Therefore, at this time we are not offering a 2-week K’tanim program that arrives in the middle of first session. Rising 2nd and 3rd graders may come for the first two weeks of first session ( K’tanim 1) and will have the option to extend their time at camp for the rest of our first session.
Machon: Machon is a full-summer Counselor-in-Training program for entering 12th graders. Entry is competitive and requires an application, interview, and letters of recommendation. The application will be opening later this fall.
Consecration Certificate Program: Participating URJ congregations are eligible to join Eisner’s Consecration Certificate Program and receive certificates redeemable for a $200 discount off a child’s first-time overnight camp experience. These certificates are distributed during the congregations’ Consecration Ceremonies each year. For more information, speak with your congregation’s Rabbi or Educator.
Sibling Discount: The first camper in the family pays full tuition, the second camper receives $300 off, third and additional campers each receive $500 off.
Eisner Alumni Association Discount: Campers whose parent is a paid member of the Eisner Alumni Association receive a $100 discount.
Credit Card Fees: Deposits and electronic payments may be made by E-check, Debit Card (all without surcharge) and Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and Discover). A non-refundable 2.75% credit card processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions. To avoid credit card processing fees, families can choose E-check or pay with a debit card. E-Check will allow tuition to be deducted directly from either your checking or savings account.
Non-URJ Surcharge: Families who are not members of a URJ Congregation will be assessed a surcharge. The fee is $300 per child with a maximum of $500 for families with multiple children. The online system does not automatically adjust for the non-URJ member fee family maximum of $500. This will be done manually after your registration has been approved.
