Join a sub-committee of our Board of Directors
Eisner and Crane Lake strive to be recognized as leaders in Jewish identity-building. We invest in cutting-edge facilities and programming, as well as staff and leadership development, to deliver a premium camper experience. To do this, we look for support from those that care about camp as much as we do. Below are brief descriptions of our board sub-committees. Email our Board Chair Danielle Schmelkin for more information.
Community Relations engages and develops mechanisms for ongoing contact and camper recruitment and retention with Eisner and Crane Lake constituencies, as well as supervises the congregational Ambassador Program.
Program consults on the variety and quality of program offerings for campers and staff, based on personal observation and survey data collected by camp and outside sources.
Development identifies and oversees efforts to acquire those resources that help further Eisner and Crane Lake’s mission, and the experiences of our campers and staff.
Communications creates materials that promote awareness of Eisner and Crane Lake’s image, impact, and values to core constituencies.
Facilities designs the Facilities Master Plan that balances the upkeep and renovation of existing buildings with the emerging needs for new facilities at both sites.
